Guided Walks

You will need to be reasonably fit, but we want our guests to enjoy rather than endure their holiday so that you do not need to be super-fit. All our walks are graded 'easy' to 'moderate'.

We have provided you with a small sample of our walks. The reality is that we change our walks on a regular basis, sometimes because we find new even more exciting routes, sometimes due to the weather conditions, for example if there is a north wind, one of our walks up or along a south facing slope is far more enjoyable.

Holiday Itinerary

Saturday: pick up from the airport and transfer to hotel
Sunday, Monday and Tuesday: Walking days
Wednesday: Free day, anything from a lazy day in the village to a Tandem Skydive at the local Dropzone (added cost)
Thursday and Friday: Walking days
Saturday: pick up from hotel and transfer to airport

Small Sample of Walks

Cap de Norfeu

This is a beautiful trail that we believe fulfil's every walker's hopes and dreams. It's a coastal walk starting at Cala Monjoi and traversing the coastal slopes to Cala Joncols. We make an excursion on the way to the Cap de Norfeu, a rocky promontory reaching far into the sea. 6 hours Accent 280m

The Zona Volcanica

Only a few kilometeres from the central axis of the Pyrenees our walk takes us around a geological curiosity, a volcanic area with numerous volcanic domes, in the excellently preserved natural park "Zona Volcanica de la Garrotxa". 6 hours Accent 400m

Punta del Cap de Creus

A fantastic walk along an old trail from Cadaques to the lighthouse located on the easternmost point of the Iberian Peninsula, the Cap de Creus. Most tourists drive there and miss out on the austere beauty of the scenic seaboard and it's rich variety of flora. We'll end up at the absolute tip of the Punta del Cap de Creus, with nothing left but the open sea in front and the fantastic formations of the ravaged cliffs behind. 5.5 hours Accent 150m
